If you decide to host your domains with us and you select any of our cloud web hosting plans, you will be able to enable spam filtering for any email address that you set up. With a few clicks in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia hosting Control Panel, you can set up 5 different security levels. If you continue to receive junk emails or the email filters start preventing legitimate messages from reaching your mailbox, you can change the level just as easily. The efficiency of our anti-spam service is ensured by one of the most famous filters – SpamAssassin. If you do not want to risk skipping a genuine email message that may be mistaken for spam due to its content, you can also configure custom email filters based on the body, the sender or the subject of the message and re-send the emails to a different mailbox where you can read them at a later point in time.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you use one of our semi-dedicated hosting plans, you will not need to worry about junk messages cramming your mailboxes all the time, as you can resort to the famous SpamAssassin spam filter that we offer with each semi-dedicated hosting account. Our in-house developed Hepsia hosting Control Panel will allow you to activate the filter for any mailbox with a few clicks and you can select any of the 5 levels of safety – from very high to very low. The level can be changed at any moment if, for example, legitimate email messages get blocked, or if unsolicited bulk messages go through and reach your Inbox folder. To take no chances, you can choose all filtered messages to be redirected to a special mailbox like firstname.lastname@example.org and not to be erased. Thus, you can go through them from time to time to make certain that you haven’t omitted a legitimate email message.
