Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re much too busy working on your websites or developing your web apps, you hardly ever have enough time to check what is going on with your server – whether it’s under stress or whether all the tasks are running properly. With our Managed Services deal, we will do this for you. Your virtual server will be included in the custom–built server monitoring system and whenever there is a sign of a problem, our system administrators will be notified straight away.

Weekly Backups

To manually back up a VPS Plan is not the easiest mission in the world. You will either need to use another server or your home PC, or assign a 3rd–party software. Our company offers a considerably simpler option with our Managed Services offer. We will make a complete backup of your VPS each week, so you never have to be worried about losing vital data. Plus, we can always restore a backup copy really quickly. All our backups are saved on a special machine with a RAID array of disk drives, so if anything happens to any part of your stored hosted content, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Having a VPS Plan, you have complete freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. Still, certain scripts are harder to run and may require some additional configuration on your part. That’s where our Managed Services offer will come in real handy. It includes thirty minutes of installation & trouble–shooting duties – in other words you will be able to basically hire one of our competent server admins for half an hour and have him assist you with the installation process of any software app whatsoever that you want. Or have him take care of a trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Managed Services solution is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Plans and is an extra feature for our KVM VPS Plans.
